Brand and launch
Independent reviews converge on a March 2026 launch and describe Casea as a new multi-product gambling site. GMBL Tech appears in two review sources, while another source names a Costa Rican SRL identifier. Those labels may describe related layers, but the relationship is not clear enough to treat as verified ownership.
Licence and redress
Reviewers describe a Costa Rican business setup or “Costa Rica Gambling” label, yet one detailed review says no verifiable licence number or seal was displayed. A company registration is not a substitute for a gambling regulator with rules, audits and a complaint process. We found no Casea-specific record in ACMA’s licensed wagering register.
Product
Reported features include slots, live casino, jackpots, sportsbook, live betting, virtual sports, tournaments, challenges, a shop, VIP levels, Bonus Crab, Spin Rally and a progressive web app. Catalogue estimates exceed 10,700 or 12,000 titles depending on source. The range is visually persuasive but not independently reproducible from a public export.
Offers
The welcome package is the clearest conflict. Review sources differ on percentage, cap, currency and wagering presentation. The project brief’s “2× without wagering” statement was not corroborated. This site therefore carries no bonus promotion and recommends using only the complete pre-deposit terms shown to the account.
Payments and safeguards
Secondary sources mention a minimum deposit around €10 in one context, once-through wagering of deposits, multi-day withdrawal review and VIP-linked limits. They also report limited safer-gambling controls. Because we did not create an account, these remain sourced claims rather than direct tests.
Australian conclusion
ACMA says online casinos are banned services and warns that illegal offshore services can expose Australians to lost funds without local regulatory assistance. We make no claim that ACMA has specifically ruled on Casea. We do conclude that access, currency targeting and attractive design do not establish permission to serve Australians.
