CASEADEEPWATER INDEX · AUPartner access

Evidence protocol · v1.0

Every bright claim gets a depth reading.

Our method preserves uncertainty instead of hiding it behind a score.

1. Define the claim

We record the exact subject, amount, currency, market and date. “Big bonus” is not a claim we can test; “250% up to A$4,500 plus 350 spins with 35× deposit-plus-bonus wagering” is.

2. Prefer primary evidence

Australian legal statements come from ACMA. Game configuration should come from the launched help screen. Money rules should come from dated operator terms presented before a transaction. Secondary reviews are leads, not replacements.

3. Log disagreement

When credible sources differ, we do not average them or select the friendliest version. We show the conflict, describe plausible reasons and retain “unresolved” until primary evidence connects.

4. Separate layers

A provider name does not license an operator. A company registration does not create a complaint scheme. Website access does not establish Australian legality. A game title does not identify its RTP configuration.

5. Separate commercial links

No player account was created and no deposit was made. Labelled sponsored links lead to a third-party partner and do not substantiate Casea claims. The supplied brand link was not opened.

6. Date the result

This edition reflects research available on 28 September 2026. Dynamic details—offers, games, operator labels and withdrawal limits—must be rechecked before any decision involving money.
